Basic concepts and terms

  • Line is a list of suggested events with winning odds set by the Company.
  • Player (client) is a party to the agreement who has placed a bet with the Company.
  • Bet is an agreement concluded between a client and the Company, according to the terms of which, in case of loss, the party must fulfill its obligations. The agreement is concluded in the form of bets acceptance on the terms, offered by the Company in a line.
  • Bet is a player's choice, confirmed by depositing money funds intended for betting.
  • Outcome is a separate unit of the line on which a bet can be made.
  • Winning odds is the number by which the stake amount is multiplied when determining the amount of payout.
  • Outcome is the final result of the event on which the bet was made.
  •  

    The Vulkanbet betting company offers the following types of bets:

     

    1. Single bet is a bet placed on the outcome of a single event. The single bet win is calculated by multiplying a bet amount and the odds set for this outcome.

    1.1. Multiple is a bet on the outcomes of several unrelated events. Multiple bet wins if all outcomes included in the multiple bet were predicted correctly. Should at least one outcome fail, the whole multiple bet is lost. To calculate the payout on a multiple bet, the bet amount is multiplied by the corresponding odds of all selections within the multiple bet.

    1.2 System bet is a bet consisting of several multiple bets of the same size on a certain number of outcomes, selected by the player.

    To calculate a system bet payout, the payouts on all multiple bets included in the system, are added up. Each multiple bet included in the system is paid separately.

    1.3 Conditional bet is a chain of bets (single, multiple or system) placed on unrelated outcomes. The peculiarity of this type of bet is that only the first (main) part of the bet is paid out, and the money for the rest Conditional bets is taken from the winnings of the first part of this chain’s bet. It is prohibited to include events from the first part of the bet into Conditional bet. If the main part lost, all Conditional bets lost too. If for any reason the winning amount of the main part of the bet is not enough to pay out at least one Conditional bet, all Conditional bets are excluded from the bet (i.e. the main part of the of bets is paid out).

    1.4 It is prohibited to include events that relate to the same match (even if they are not directly interdependent) into Multiple and System bets. In case any events, which refer to the same match, have been included into Multiple and System bets, the bet is refunded, even if the computer did not block this bet when accepting it.  

    1.5 Vulkanbet Company reserves the exclusive right to determine whether the events are related to each other.

    1.6 Final odds for winnings on all listed betting types are determined taking into account the specifics of determining odds for certain types of outcomes (hitting the spread on the handicap or total, etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. The transfer time is defined in betting rules. In these events, the odds for winnings are "1".

    General Rules for bet acceptance:

    2. Bets are accepted by Vulkanbet on the basis of the valid Line shown at the date of the bet acceptance on the website.

    2.1. All bets are accepted on the regulation time of the match, provided that the rules or the name of the market do not indicate otherwise.

    2.2. Bets are accepted before the start of the event. The exception is Live bets as they are accepted on events taking place at the moment. Placing the corresponding bet, the player confirms that he/she does not know the outcome of the event on which the bet was placed.

    2.3. All controversial issues (wrong bet settlement, unsettled bet, etc.) are accepted within 30 days from the end of the event.

    2.4. Changes to the Line (odds values, handicap and total values, limits on multiple bets, maximum bet amount, etc.) can be made by Vulkanbet at any time. The conditions for the bets, placed by the Client before the changes made to the Line, are preserved.

    2.5. The maximum and minimum bet amount for an event depends on the sports and event, is determined by Vulkanbet specifically for each event and for each type of bet and is subject to change without prior written notice. Vulkanbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for individual events, as well as to introduce and remove special restrictions on the accounts of individual Clients without notice or explanation.

    2.6. Any bet (including a Live bet) placed on an event, the result of which was already known by the time of the bet acceptance, is considered void and must be returned, and will also be excluded from the multiple bet.

    2.7. All bets from the Prematch line made after the start of the match are settled at odds of 1.

    2.8. Vulkanbet makes every effort to provide accurate information; however, Vulkanbet is not responsible for obvious errors and/or omissions that may cause incorrect display of odds, results, list of participants or starting time of events.

    2.9. The player is the only person responsible for their bets. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that the details of his/her bet are correct. Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

    2.10. Should any bet is registered on the server, communication failures or other technical failures are not a reason for bet cancellation.

    2.11. In case of incorrect bet settlement (due to technical failures, incorrectly entered event results, etc.), erroneously settled bets are subject to re-settlement.

    2.12. In case a team forfeits the game or a participant is disqualified before the end of the match, all markets that had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted will be settled according to the available results, the rest of the markets will be settled at odds of 1.

    In case only a part of the maps or rounds are played in the series, the market for winning the match will be settled according to the official result of the match, and all other markets (including correct score, handicaps, totals, odd/even) will be refunded.

    The exceptions are cases when the format of the match has been changed. In this case, the played map/maps in the match are settled, and the market for the winner and all other markets (including the correct score, handicaps, totals, odd/even maps) are refunded.

    2.13. If the fact of cheat usage by one of the teams in an esports match was officially confirmed, all bets on such a match are settled at odds of 1.

    2.14. Vulkanbet is entitled do not accept bets on sports/e-sports from players without explanation, as well as from players who violate the rules. Vulkanbet reserves the right to close or temporarily block accounts of individual Clients without prior notice.

    2.15. Users are prohibited from making multiple identical bets on the same match to bypass the limits. Such actions will be regarded as rules violation and may lead to setting additional limits, restriction to place bets or blocking accounts.

    Placing bets from bonus balance

    3. When placing bets from the bonus balance, the active bonus wagering terms and conditions apply.

    3.1 If a bet was placed from a not wagered bonus balance, which was deactivated upon payment, prior to the bet settlement, this bet will be considered void and shall not be settled.

    3.2. Each player has two balances: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is primarily used for placing bets. Only when the amount on the player's real account is equal to zero, a player starts betting using bonus money. All winnings received when playing with bonus money are credited to the player's bonus balance.

    3.3. If the bet was made from the bonus balance, which was subsequently wagered (the funds were converted into real money), such bet will not be further settled.

    3.4. If a player does not want to use bonus funds for betting, then he/she can place bets using exclusively real funds. The actual amount of available real funds can always be checked by clicking on the balance at the top of the website.

    Live betting features

    4. Live bets are accepted during the event and only on outcomes with undetermined results. Live bets can be found in the Live section.

    4.1 The odds for Live events change in real-time. The odds can increase or decrease in the period between choosing a bet and accepting it, which can affect the amount of the win.

    The odds for Live bets are continually changing, reflecting the development of events in the match.

    4.2 Live bets are settled according to the results that become known immediately after the end of the event, according to information from the official sources. All subsequent changes will not be taken into account when deciding on the offered Live bets.

    4.3 Vulkanbet may settle Live bets based on its own statistics on the actual progress of the game. Unless otherwise stated, in Live all bets on non-competing athletes will be void. For outcomes which results were determined during the match, bet settlement is conducted directly upon the end of the event.

    4.4 All Live bets for which the outcome has been determined (e.g. winner of a certain period of the match or total over) considered valid and will be settled even if an event/competition is interrupted.

    4.5 Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the start of an event.

    4.6 Should a match is abandoned or not finished within 48 hours of starting, bets will not be refunded. Bets on outcomes which have not been unconditionally determined, or on events which did not take place/were not finished will be settled at odds of 1 (refunded).

    4.7 The date and time indicated in the line are the date and time of the termination of accepting bets for the event. It does not necessarily coincide with the date and time of the actual start of the event. The start time of the event when settling bets is the actual start time of the event, confirmed by the official documents of the organization (protocols) that holds the competition.

    4.8 Bets are accepted only from persons who agree with the rules set by the Betting Company. Any bet is a confirmation that the Client knows these rules and agrees with them. Having confirmed the bet, a client is solely responsible for the correctness of the details specified in it.

    4.9 Vulkanbet does not accept bets from the following groups of persons:

    - Persons who have not reached the age of majority (this period is regulated by the legislation of player’s country, but not less than 18 years);

    - Persons who participate in the events on which bets are made (athletes, coaches, judges, etc.);

    - Persons representing the interests of other Betting Companies, as well as persons affiliated with other Betting Companies;

    - Persons who are trying to get, or who managed to get an unfair advantage over the Betting Company, for example, by making repeated bets in order to bypass the maximum bet amount limit set by the Betting Company;

    4.10 Vulkanbet reserves the right to block the Client's access to the account in case of automated robot betting detection.

    Outcomes available on the website

    5. The bet “Team 1 To Win” is indicated as “1”.

    5.1 The bet “Draw” is indicated as “X”.

    5.2 The bet “Team 2 To Win” is indicated as “2”.

    5.3 The bet “Team 1 To Win or Draw” is indicated as “1X”. Team 1 must win or there must be a draw for the bet to win. The bet “Team 1 To Win or Team 2 To Win” is indicated as “12”. Either team must win (a match must not end in a draw) for the bet to win.

    5.4 The bet “Team 2 To Win or Draw” is indicated as “X2”. Team 2 must win or there must be a draw for the bet to win.

    5.5 The bet “Team (player) To Win With A Handicap” is indicated as “Handicap”

    In the list of markets the handicap is sometimes combined with the odds for the team to win (“H1 Team 1”).

    A handicap is represented in goals, points, games etc. and assigned to a team/athlete by the Company in order to equalize both teams’ chances of winning. A handicap displayed with “-“ indicates the difference in goals (points, etc.) that a team must overcome (i.e., win with a larger difference) for the bet “Team To Win With A Handicap” to win. A handicap displayed with “+“ indicates the difference in goals (points, etc.) with which a team can lose (i.e. lose with a smaller difference) for the bet “Team To Win With A Handicap” to win

    The handicap assigned to a team/athlete is applied to the final result of an event. Should the team/athlete selected by the Client wins after the handicap is applied, the bet wins. If the match results in a draw after the handicap is applied, bets are settled at odds of 1. If, however, the opposing team wins after the handicap is applied, the bet loses.

    5.6 Total is the total number of goals (points, games, etc.) scored (scored, played, etc.) by teams (players, etc.). The Client must predict how many goals, points, games (etc.) will be scored, earned, played etc. (more or fewer than the total number quoted). At the settlement of individual total, only goals scored to the opponent team are counted. If the result is the same as the total quoted by the bookmaker, “over” and “under” bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    5.7 The bet “Correct Score”. The Client should predict the exact score of the match.

    5.8 The bet “HT-FT”. The Client should predict the result score of the half time and exact score of the match. In line it is expressed with “W” (for win), and “X” (for draw). The result of the first half (period) is followed by the result of the match.

    For example, W2W1 means that Team 2 will win (W2) the first half, and Team 1 will win (W1) the match.

    5.9 Highest Scoring Period (half, quarter, game, set, inning etc.). In order to win, Clients need to predict in which half/quarter/period etc. of the match most goals (points etc.) will be scored or in which halves/quarters/periods the number of goals (points etc.) scored will be equal.

    5.10 Time Interval bets. These are bets on outcomes applied to specified time intervals in various periods of a match. The outcomes are determined within specific timeframes based on official statistics. The time interval “from the 1st to the 20th minute” is defined as 00:00:01 to 00:20:00. The time period “21st minute - End of the Match” is defined as another time interval.

    5.11 Competitor’s Result bet. Clients need to predict if a chosen athlete reaches a specified stage of the competition (Round of 16, quarterfinal, semifinal, final, etc.), where they will finish in the competition (group, subgroup, etc.) or whether they will qualify for the next stage (round). If a competitor’s qualification for the next round is subsequently annulled for any reason, ensuing changes to results are not taken into account, and bets will be settled according to the results of matches, which have taken place. If participants meet several times a match is rescheduled, all “To Qualify” bets stand.

    If one of the matches does not take place, or is interrupted, and if the result of the first leg is changed, ‘To Qualify’ bet is settled according to actual team’s qualification for the next round of a competition. If no matches take place, bets on ‘Team to win’ will be settled at odds of 1. If a declared competitor is not able to complete an event (for any reason: injury, forfeit, etc.), bets on them stand. Bets will win if the selected outcome for that participant has been achieved and will lose if it hasn’t. If a declared competitor is not able to participate in an event for any reason (injury, forfeit, etc.), bets on win are settled at odds of 1.

    5.12 Winning the rest of the match (half, period, etc.) bet is placed on events take place during the match. Clients need to predict outcomes of events in the specific time period, which starts the moment a bet is placed and ends with the end of regular time, without taking the current score when the bet is placed into account.

    5.13 The bet ‘To qualify’. The bet wins if Client predicts team qualification for the next stage of a competition (tournament, cup, etc.). Qualification of a participant/athlete is determined according to results of all matches taken place.

    5.14. Asian Handicap is a handicap bet on a specific result. It is presented in the form of an average odds, which increases the Client’s chances of winning in case of guessing the correct score at the end of the competition. For example, the odds +1.25 is the average value between the handicaps of +1 and +1.5, so the bet amount is divided into two equal parts and plays for two handicaps, if that is the result of the match, winning amount of both bets is summed up.

    5.15. Asian total is a type of bet on ‘Total’. The Client has to predict, whether the total number of goals/points scored will be more or less than the result indicated in the line. The applied settlement system allows making bets with less risk. In fact, bets are divided into two parts and played with two possible variants of the outcomes. ‘Total over 1.25’ at the odds of 2.2. is divided into two nearby total values ‘over 1’ and ‘over 1.5’. Client gets a return of half of the bet, if the other half lost (if the final score was 0:1 or 1:0). Unless otherwise provided, only regular time of the match is taken into account during bet settlement.

    Sports betting

    6. Football

    6.1.1. Bets on football matches are accepted on regular time (including any injury (stoppage) time added by a referee.  The time added by a referee to the 1st half is indicated on official sources as 45 '+ X' (X is the number of added minutes) and shall be determined as the 45th minute of the match by the Company.

    The time added by the referee to the 2nd half is indicated on the official sources as 90 '+ X' (where X is the number of added minutes) and shall be determined as the 90th minute of the match by the Company. Scored goals, substitutions of players and other events, recorded at the added time by the referee, are considered to be taken place in regular time.

    In competitions where the ‘Draw’ result at the regular time should be followed by overtimes and/or penalty shoot-outs, the outcomes “Match Winner” or “To Qualify” are applied. In competitions when the fact whether a team qualifies for the next round of a tournament is determined on the basis of the results of two matches, ‘To qualify for the next round’ or “To qualify for the next tour’ bets are applied.

    If an event ends before its official end time for any reason, and its result is not recorded on official sources as final one, all bets on such an event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1.

    The exception is Live bets on outcomes that have actually ended and were settled by the time the match was stopped, bets on "To qualify for the next round" on the aggregate of two matches, or the match was interrupted and played within 48 hours after being stopped.

    6.1.2. If the event does not take place within 48 hours after the designated start time and is indicated as ‘deferred’, ‘postponed’ by the Company, all bets on this event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1. If the date and/or start time has been changed before its actual start, the Company reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets.

    6.1.3. ‘To score first goal’ bet. Own goals are not counted. If the first goal scored is an own goal, then ‘To score first goal’ bet is settled on the basis of who will score the second goal of the match. If in the match all goals were scored into their own net, then “No goals scored” bet wins, unless otherwise indicated in the ticket and/or line. Bets on players, substituted or sent off before the first goal is scored, will be lost. If a player does not take part in the match or entered the field after the first goal was scored, then the bets on this player are void and are settled at odds of 1. If the first goal is scored by a player on whom no odds were offered, all bets on other players are considered lost, unless ‘Any other player’ outcome was offered. If ‘Any other player’ outcome is offered, bets on this option include all players not listed in the line.

    6.1.4. ‘To score last goal’ bet. Own goals are not counted. If the last goal was an own goal, then the author of the last goal will be the player who scored the previous goal. If all goals are scored into own net, ‘No goals scored’ bet wins, unless otherwise indicated in the ticket and/or line.

    All players participated in the match are considered as potential scorers of the last goal, regardless of whether they were on the field at the time of the last goal or not. If the player does not take part in the match, then the bets made on him/her are void and settled at odds of 1. If the last goal is scored by a player on whom no odds were offered, all bets on other players are considered lost, unless ‘Any other player’ outcome is offered. If ‘Any Other Player’ outcome is offered, bets on that option will include all players not listed.

    6.1.5. ‘Team to score next goal’ bet. This bet is available during the match. Own goals are considered to be scored by the team in favor of which the match score has changed. If the next goal is not scored, 'No goals’ bet wins.

    6.1.6. ‘Time of the first/last goal’ bet. A bet on the first goal scored in a certain period of time, for example, from 1st to 30th minutes, will be considered lost if the match was interrupted with the score 0:0 after this period of time. If the goal is scored at 23:00, it is considered that the goal was scored in the 23rd minute; if the goal is scored at 23:01, then the goal is considered to be scored in the 24th minute.

    6.1.7. Corners. Awarded but not played Corner kicks will not be counted for betting purposes (for example, a corner kick awarded but not played before the final whistle is not counted). If the referee does not count the corner kick and reappoints it, it will be counted for betting purposes only once, unless otherwise indicated in the ticket and/or the line.

    6.1.8 To win from behind. ’Yes’ bet wins if selected team wins the game in regular time, after losing via goals at some point in the contest.

    6.1.9. To win to nil. ’Yes’ bet wins if a selected team wins the game in regular time and the opponent team has not score a goal.

    6.1.10. First goal is headed. ‘No’ bet will loses, if match ends 0-0.

    6.1.11. Player to score exactly 2 goals or 3 or more goals. ‘Yes’ bet wins, if a player scores exactly 2 goals or 3 or more goals, respectively, in the regular time. Own goals are not counted for betting purposes, unless otherwise indicated in the line.

    6.1.12. Goal at the added time. ‘Yes’ bet wins, if a goal is scored in the time added to 1st or 2nd half by a referee.

    6.1.13. When settling the outcomes concerning red and yellow cards, cards shown after the final whistle and during the break are not counted for betting purposes. Cards shown to staff or players not participating in the game (such as coaches or players on the bench) are not counted for betting purposes.

    6.1.14. When settling the outcome of ‘Total Yellow Cards’ bet, the second yellow card shown to the same player is considered as red one.

    6.1.15. When settling the outcomes of penalty shoot-outs, the results of actually executed penalty shoot-outs are taken into account for betting purpose, including if the series of penalty shoot-outs was terminated ahead of schedule.

    6.1.16. When settling the Scorecast outcomes, the Company takes into account which of the players scored the first goal and a score after regular time. In this outcome, bets are settled according to a specially generated odds on outcomes that are interconnected within one event. If the outcome is mistakenly accepted at the full odds for a similar multiple bet, the bet will be settled based on the special odds.

    ‘No goals’ outcome and score 0-0 (after regular time), are settled as a single bet on Correct score. If a player does not enter the field during the game or leaves the field after the first goal is scored, the outcome is settled as a single bet on Correct score. Own goals are not counted during the Scorecast bet settlement. If an own goal was scored and the game score was 1-0, the Scorecast outcome is settled as a single bet on Correct score. If a game was interrupted after the first goal was scored and not completed within the timeframe stipulated by the rules, the Scorecast outcomes are settled as the ‘Player to score first goal’ outcome at the corresponding odds.

    7. Ice Hockey

    7.2.1. Bets on Ice Hockey matches are accepted on regular time (3 periods of 20 minutes each) unless otherwise stated.

    7.2.2. Series of penalty shots and overtimes only counts for ‘Team to qualify for next round’, ‘Tournament winner’, and other outcomes. At least 50 minutes of play must elapse for bets to stand, except for cases where the outcomes can be settled at the time the game was stopped.

    7.2.3 If the event does not take place within 48 hours after the designated start time and is indicated as ‘deferred’, ‘postponed’ by the Company, all bets on this event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1. If the date and/or start time has been changed before its actual start, the Company reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets.

    7.2.4 If a player does not perform in the match, all bets on him/her are considered void and settled at odds of 1.

    8. Basketball

    8.3.1. In basketball bets on the victory of a team, a draw, on any outcome of the second half and the fourth quarter are accepted on regular time. Bets on all other offered outcomes are settled excluding overtime, unless otherwise stated in the line.

    8.3.2. If a match starts but is not completed, and its result is not recorded on official sources as final, all bets on the match will be settled at odds of 1, except for Live markets which had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted.

    8.3.3. If the event does not take place within 48 hours after the designated start time and is indicated as ‘deferred’, ‘postponed’ by the Company, all bets on this event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1. If the date and/or start time has been changed before its actual start, the Company reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets.

    8.3.4. If a player doesn’t perform in the match, all bets on him/her are considered void and settled at odds of 1.

    8.3.5. For ‘Player Points Total’ bet to win, you need to guess the total number of points of the specified player in the match, including overtimes, unless otherwise indicated in the line. The player must be in the game for more than one second for the bet on him/her to stand.

    8.3.6. At least 35 minutes must be played for bets to stand, if the duration of a match is 40 minutes. At least 40 minutes must be played for bets to stand if the duration of a match is 48 minutes, except for cases where markets can be settled at the time the match was interrupted.

    8.3.7. The overtime, awarded based on the aggregate results of two matches, only counts for the “To Qualify for Next Round”, ‘Tournament Winner” and similar markets.

    8.3.8. When settling a player statistics markets, you need to guess the total number of points, passes, rebounds, etc. of the selected player at the end of the match, including overtimes. If a player does not perform in the match, all bets on him/her are settled at odds of 1.

    8.3.9. Bets on 3x3 basketball are accepted on regular time or if one of the teams scores 21 or more points in course of regular time. All other bets are settled including overtime. In case of a draw, bets are settled at odds of 1.

    9. Handball. Futsal. Beach football. Water polo. Beach volleyball.

    Bandy. Field hockey. Beach handball. Rugby. Beach volleyball.

    9.4.1. Bets on all matches are accepted on regular time, unless otherwise indicated in the line.

    9.4.2 If a match starts but is not completed, and its result is not recorded on official sources as final,  all bets on the match will be settled at odds of 1, except for events interrupted and finished within 48 hours from the start (or during the calendar game week for Rugby). The exception are Live bet markets which had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted.

    9.4.3. If the event does not take place within 48 hours after the designated start time and is indicated as ‘deferred’, ‘postponed’ by the Company, all bets on this event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1. If the date and/or start time has been changed before its actual start, the Company reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets.

    9.4.4. If a player does not perform in the match, all bets on him/her are settled at odds of 1.

    9.4.5. Series of penalty shots and additional period only count for ‘Winner’, ‘Team to qualify for next round’, ‘Tournament winner’, and other outcomes.

    10. Boxing

    10.1 A bout is deemed to have started once the gong is sounded for the start of the first round. In case, a boxer is unable to continue the bout after the gong is sounded, the bout is deemed to have ended in the previous round.

    10.2. Only completed rounds (in case, the result of the bout is determined ahead of schedule or one of the boxers is disqualified) are counted for ‘The result of bout. Rounds’, ‘The result of the bout. Groups of rounds’ and ‘End of the bout. Round’ markets. Bet on ‘Winner’ wins if all rounds were completed.

    10.3 Only rounds with determined outcome of the bout (and the bout ended) are counted during ‘Total Rounds’ bet settlement.

    10.4 If a bout is declared a no contest or if a bout is stopped for any reason before a winner has been determined, all bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    10.5. Should the format of a bout is changed, bets on all outcomes of the bout, excluding ‘Winner’ market, will be settled at odds of 1.

    10.6 Knockdown bet wins only if a referee starts the countdown.

    11. Snooker

    11.1. If a match is interrupted, a player who has qualified for the next round or won the competition/championship shall be considered the winner as long as at least one frame has been completed.

    11.2. All frames required to determine the winner of a match must be completed for bets to be settled. Should the winner be determined before the completion of the match on any grounds, all bets on frames and handicaps and also special bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    11.3. If a match winner has been determined before the full number of frames is drawn, ‘Maximum Break’ bet shall be settled at odds of 1, except for cases when further events will not affect the outcome settlement.

    12. Baseball. American football

    12.1. Bets on baseball and American football matches are accepted with overtimes included.

    12.2. The names of the starting pitchers will be taken into consideration at the time of bet acceptance at MLB matches, except for Live betting where the names of starting pitchers may be not listed. Should any of the starting pitchers is substituted; all pre-match bets on this game will be deemed void and settled at odds of 1. Markets on any other baseball games are offered without specifying a starting pitcher.

    12.3. If a match ends before its official end time for any reason, and its result is not recorded on official sources as final, all bets on this match are void and settled at odds of 1. Except for cases when the match is interrupted and finished during the calendar game week (for American Football betting), or if at least 5 innings have been played (for Baseball betting). And except for those Live markets which had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted, unless otherwise stated.

    12.4. The baseball and American football match have to take place on the scheduled day and at the scheduled location. If an American football match does not take place during the current calendar game week and is marked as "deferred", "postponed" or "rescheduled" on the source indicated by the Company, all bets on it are considered void and settled at odds of 1.

    12.5. If an American football match ends in a draw (including the results of overtime), all bets on it are considered void and settled at odds of 1, except for those Live markets which had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted, unless otherwise stated.

    12.6. If a player does not perform in the match, all bets on him/her are settled at odds of 1.

    13. Motosports

    13.1. The start of the race is determined by the start signal for the warm-up lap. Any of the participants of the race who entered the start by this time, but has not completed the race according to the rules, is considered a participant who did not finish.

    13.2 ‘Head-to-head’ bets. Both drivers must start the race for bets to stand. Should both drivers fail to finish, bets will be settled based on the number of laps completed. Should both drivers retire after an equal number of laps, bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    13.3. Results of qualification session are count for betting purposes. All subsequent changes to the starting bracket are not count.

    13.4 If a race is not completed and the official result has not been declared, all bets will be deemed void and settled at odds of 1.

    14. ММА

    14.1 A bout is deemed to have started once the gong is sounded for the start of the first round. In case, a boxer is unable to continue the bout after the gong is sounded, the bout is deemed to have ended in the previous round.

    14.2. Only completed rounds (in case, the result of the bout is determined ahead of schedule or one of the boxers is disqualified) are counted for ‘The result of bout. Rounds’, ‘The result of the bout. Groups of rounds’ and ‘End of the bout. Round’ markets. Bet on ‘Winner’ wins if all rounds were completed.

    14.3 Only rounds with determined outcome of the bout (and the bout ended) are counted during ‘Total Rounds’ bet settlement.

    14.4 If a bout is declared a no contest or if a bout is stopped for any reason before a winner has been determined, all bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    14.5. Should the format of a bout is changed, bets on all outcomes of the bout, excluding ‘Winner’ market, will be settled at odds of 1.

    15. Volleyball

    15.1. Volleyball handicap and total markets are specified in points, unless otherwise stated.

    15.2. If a match starts but is not completed, and its result is not recorded on official sources as final, all bets on the match will be settled at odds of 1, except for events interrupted and finished within 48 hours from the start (or during the calendar game week for Rugby). The exception are Live bet markets which had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted.

    15.3. If the event does not take place within 48 hours after the designated start time and is indicated as ‘deferred’, ‘postponed’ by the Company, all bets on this event are considered void and are settled at odds of 1. If the date and/or start time has been changed before its actual start, the Company reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the deadline for placing bets.

    15.4. If a player does not perform in the match, all bets on him/her are settled at odds of 1.

    16. Tennis. Badminton. Table tennis. Beach volleyball

    16.1. Handicap and total markets are specified in games.

    16.2. For bets on team matches, if one or more declared competitors are replaced by another player for any reason, “To Qualify” and “Winner” bets stand. For doubles matches, if the line-up of a doubles pair is specified and at least one of the competitors is replaced, bets will be settled at odds of 1. If the line-up is not specified, bets stand.

    16.3. Shall the format of the match (number of sets) is changed; all bets are settled at odds of 1.

    16.4. Information on court surfaces is to be used as a guideline only. If the court surface is changed, bets stand. 

    Bets will stand in the following cases:

    • a change in playing surface;
    • a change of venue;
    • a change from an indoor venue to an outdoor venue
    • unless otherwise stated in the line

    16.5. Should the start of a match be delayed or should a match be postponed for any reason, all bets will stand until the conclusion of the match or the conclusion of the tournament in which it is a part.

    16.6. Should match is interrupted and not completed, a player refuses to continue or is disqualified, a forfeit will be declared and bets will be settled based on the score. Except for Live bets on games, which have already been completed, and bets on outcomes, which had already been unconditionally determined at the time the match was interrupted.

    16.7. If a player withdraws (or has been disqualified) before the match starts, bets will be settled at odds of 1.

    16.8. Should the start of a match be delayed or should a match be postponed for any reason, all bets will stand until the conclusion of the match or the conclusion of the tournament in which it is a part.

    16.9. Statistics bets. If a player withdraws before the match starts, bets will be settled at odds of 1. If a player withdraws during the match, bets will be settled based on the score determined at the time the match was interrupted.

    17. Esports betting

    17.1. Esports bets are settled based on the general rules, considering bet acceptance features inherent in a particular Esports discipline.

    17.2. Esports games in the format of Bo1, Bo2, Bo3, etc. (Best of 1, 2, 3, 5, etc.) - the total number of maps, in which the selected team should reach the prevailing number of victories. The winner of the match is determined by the amount of won maps. For example, for Bo3 two victories are required, for Bo5 - at least three won maps are required, etc.

    17.3 Outright bet settlement. Shall a team or player is disqualified before the match starts or cannot take part in the tournament, bets on the outcome of the team or player will be settled at odds of 1. ‘Region-Winner’ Outrights are settled according to which region the team or player represents.

    17.4 If a map is replayed after it has started, bets on outcomes which have been determined when play is stopped stand. All other bets on the map in question will be settled at odds of 1.00. Match bets stand and will be settled according to the outcome of the match.

    18. Dota 2

    18.1. Final settlement is carried out according to data recorded immediately after the destruction of the main building (Tower/Nexus) by one of the opponents. Similarly, the settlement will be carried out in the event that one of the teams has surrendered (in this case tower/nexus is not destroyed by the direct impact of the enemy). Victory is awarded to the opposing team.

    18.2. In the case of the technical defeat in the round (on the map) or full match, outcomes that are not determined by gaming competition at the moment of the TD announcement are settled at the odds of 1. Reasons of technical defeats: DDoS attack, lateness of a team or a participant, replacement of a player during the game and other circumstances by the decision of referees or organizers. Settlement at the odds "1" is possible only before the game start (exit of creeps / minions from the barracks on the line). When a technical defeat is appointed, or at any unplanned situations (disconnect, exit (leave) of players from either team, etc.), all further bets are settled according to the results.

    18.3. A technical defeat on the map counts for bet settlement (Win / Handicap / Total) for the full match. Numbering of maps in line in the case of the technical defeat also takes into account the round (map) that were won by TD.

    18.4. The advantage of one map before the start of event. Under the decision of the referees / regulations, in some cases, the winning of one of the teams can be "in absentia" awarded in 1 map (do not confuse with a technical defeat or bet on handicaps). In outcomes with the total of rounds (maps) or winning in a particular (in sequence) map, this "absentia" map is ignored. That is, the first map in the line is considered to be the first map played by the participants.

    18.5. Winner – Bet is placed on the winner of the match.

    18.6. 1x2 – similar to the Winner outcome, but includes the possibility of a draw outcome. Offered in matches where a draw is possible (e.g. BO2 series).

    18.7. Handicap 0 – a bet on the victory of one of the teams without taking into account a draw outcome. If the outcome is a draw, the bet is settled at odds of 1.

    18.8. Map # Winner – a bet on the winner of the selected map.

    18.9. Total kill on map # – a bet on the total number of kills made within one map. All kills that are made before the end of the map are counted. The settlement is made according to the final score of the teams in the post-match statistics. That is, deaths that do not count towards the opposing team (finishing off by allied units, neutral creeps, suicides with abilities or objects, etc.) do not count for bet settlement. We also draw your attention to the fact that the team's kill counter may differ from the total value of kills or deaths in teams. For example, when a hero dies from enemy creeps or a tower, a kill is not counted for the enemy's heroes, but is counted for the enemy team, and is taken into account when settling outcomes of the total kills and odd/even kills on the map.

    18.10. Map # Duration – a bet on how many minutes a specified map will last. It is settled according to the in-game timer.

    Example: bet on outcome over 36.5 wins, if a map lasts at least 36 minutes 01 second. After the timer has passed the 36 minute mark, the 37th minute begins, based on this 37> 36.5. If the map lasted less than 36 minutes (including 36 minutes 00 seconds), the bet loses.

    18.11. Map # Total Kills Even / Odd – a bet on an even or odd number of kills made by both teams within the specified map (excluding killing by neutrals / allies, suicides, etc.).

    18.12. Odd / Even maps – a bet on an even or odd number of maps within a match.

    18.13. Total maps – bet on the total number of maps played in the match.

    18.14. Match Handicap is the advantage or lag of one of the teams, expressed in the number of winning or losing maps. Example: bet on Team Secret (-1.5) wins if team wins with a difference of two or more maps.

    18.15. Сorrect map score. A client has to predict the correct final score of a match. Example: The correct score on the map is 0:2. The bet wins if team 2 wins with a score of 0:2. At any other score, the bet loses.

    18.16. Map # − Team to draw first blood − A client has to predict which team will make the first kill on the specified map, excluding killing by neutral creep/allies, suicide, etc. 

    18.17. Map # − N Team Total Kills − A client has to predict how many kills the selected team will make within the selected map. The final value of the team's kill counter is taken for betting purpose (killing or death of heroes in teams are not counted).

    18.18. Map # − Race to X Kills − A client has to predict which team will get the selected number of kills first. If none of the teams scores the required number of kills, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.

    18.19. Map # - X kill − A client has to predict which of the teams will make the consecutive kill. Kills are counted by the total number of kills performed by both teams. If the total score of kills does not reach the required value, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.

    18.20. Team to Slay the First Roshan (Map #) − A client has to predict which team kill the Roshan first on an indicated map.

    18.21. Map # Total Roshans slain (over/under) – bet on over/under options on the number of times Roshan is killed during a map.

    18.22. Map # Team to Destroy The 1st Tower – a bet on first team to destroy an enemy tower. A loss is awarded to the team whose tower was destroyed first, even in cases of denying.

    19. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO)

    19.1. Winner. Bets are placed on the winner of the match. The match is considered to have started after the first kill in the pistol round.

    19.2. 1x2 Bet is similar to the Winner outcome, but a draw is taken into account as a betting option. Offered in matches where a draw is possible (for example, BO2 matches or BO1 matches without overtime).

    19.3 0 Handicap. A bet on the victory of one of the teams, excluding a draw outcome. If the match results in a draw, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.

    19.4. Map # Winner (including overtime). A bet on the winner of the selected map within the match, includes additional rounds.

    Map # - First Half Winner. A bet on the team that wins 8 rounds first on the selected map.

    19.5. Map # odd/even rounds. A bet on whether an even or odd number of rounds is played on the selected map, excluding overtime.

    19.6 Map # Overtime yes/no. A bet on whether the selected map will have overtime.

    19.7. Map # Teamkill yes/no. A bet on whether the selected team perform a teamkill on the indicated map. Teamkill means killing a player on one’s own team.

    19.8. Map # Knife kill yes/no. A bet on whether the selected team perform a Knife kill on the indicated map.

    19.9. Map # Pistol Round Winner.  A bet on which team will win the selected pistol round on the indicated map.

    19.10 Map # Two Pistol Rounds Winner. A bet on which team will win both pistol rounds on the indicated map.

    19.11. Map # − a bomb will be planted in the N pistol round – a bet on whether a bomb will be planted in the specified pistol round on the indicated map.

    Pistol rounds are the first and sixteenth rounds in the overall standings on the map.

    19.12. Total rounds − a bet on the total number of rounds played by both teams within a match, excluding overtimes.

    19.13. Team N − total rounds − a bet on the total number of rounds won by the specified team within the match, excluding overtime.

    Example: a player bets on the outcome over 24.5 of the team #2. The Bo3 match ended with the defeat of the specified team with a score 11-16; 13-16. The total number of rounds won by team #2 is 24 (11 + 13). The bet loses, since the number of rounds won is less than the value indicated in the Betslip. If the bet is placed on the outcome under 24.5, the bet wins.

    19.14. N team − total of won pistol rounds − a bet on whether the specified team wins the indicated number of pistol rounds in the match.

    19.15. Map # − total of rounds − a bet on the total number of rounds within a map, excluding overtime.

    Example: a player bets on over 26.5 and the total number of played rounds is 26, the bet loses, since the number of played rounds is less than the value indicated in the Betslip. If the bet is placed on the outcome under 26.5, the bets wins. The maximum number of rounds that can be played is 30.

    19.16. Map # – N Team Total Rounds – a bet on the Team N to win the specified number of rounds in the indicated map (excluding overtime).

    19.17. Map # – N Team Total Rounds for Terrorists / Counter-Terrorists – a bet on the Team N to win the specified number of rounds in the indicated map (excluding overtime) playing for the specified side: Terrorists / Counter-Terrorists.

    19.18. Map # – total of rounds ended with a bomb explosion – a bet on the total number of rounds within a specified map (excluding overtime) that ended with a bomb explosion.

    19.19. Map # – total kills in pistol round – a bet on the total number of kills made by both teams in the selected pistol round within the specified map.

    19.20. Rounds handicap – the advantage or lag of one of the teams, expressed in the total number of winning or losing rounds in the match (excluding overtimes).

    19.21. Map # – rounds handicap – the advantage or lag of one of the teams, expressed in the number of winning or losing rounds on the specified map, excluding overtime.

    19.22. Map # Round X – Winner – a bet on the team's victory in a certain round on the specified map. Round victory is achieved by killing all enemies, detonating/defusing a bomb, or determined at the end of the round.

    19.24. Map # – correct score - a bet on the specified map to end with the indicated score. If the score reaches 15-15, all bets are settled at odds of 1.

    19.25. Even / odd maps – a bet on whether the total number of maps played within a match is even or odd.

    19.26. Total Maps – a bet on the total number of maps played within the match, including overtime.

    19.27. Handicap maps – the advantage or lag of one of the teams expressed in the number of winning or losing maps, taking into account overtime.

    19.28. Correct score on maps – a bet on the correct score of the match.

    19.29. Map # Round X – Winner – a bet on the team's victory in a certain round in the specified map. The victory in the round is achieved either by killing all enemies, detonating/defusing a bomb, or determined at the end of the round time.

    19.30. Map # Round X – way to win – a bet on an exact way of scoring a victory in a certain round on the specified map. The victory in the round is achieved either by killing all enemies, detonating/defusing a bomb, or determined at the end of the round time.

    19.31. Overtime – victory on the map is achieved by winning in at least 16 rounds. In case of a draw (the score is 15-15), 6 extra rounds (so-called "overtime") are applied. The overtime win is awarded to the team that wins 4 of the 6 extra rounds first. If overtime results in a draw (both teams win 3 rounds in overtime), the next overtime (6 additional rounds) is assigned.

    19.32. Map # – 1x2 overtime N – a bet on the winner of the selected overtime of the indicated map. A draw is taken into account as an option of the outcome.

    19.33. Map # – correct score in overtime N – a bet on overtime N will end on the indicated map with the specified score.

    19.34. Map # – Even/Odd rounds of overtime N – a bet on an even/odd number of rounds played in overtime.

    19.35. Map # - total rounds in overtime N – a bet on the total number of rounds played within overtime N.

    19.36. Map # – H1 Winner overtime N – a bet on the team to win 3 rounds first on the selected map in overtime N.

    For example, a player bets on an outcome over 5.5. If the total number of rounds played in overtime is 6, the bet wins, since the number of rounds played is greater than the value specified in the Betslip. If the bet is under 5.5, the bet wins, in case the number of rounds played is 4 or 5.

    20. Overwatch

    20.1. Winner – Bet is placed on the result of a single match or round.

    20.2. Map # Winner – a bet on the winner of the selected map.

    20.3. 1x2 – similar to the Winner outcome, but includes the possibility of a draw outcome. Offered in matches where a draw is possible.

    20.4. Total maps – bet on the total number of maps played in the match.

    21.14. Map # − Team to draw first blood − A client has to predict which team will make the first kill on the specified map, excluding killing by neutral creep/allies, suicide, etc. 

    21.15. Map # − 1 Dragon − A client has to predict which of the teams will kill the dragon first in the indicated map.

    21.16. Map # − 1 Turret − A client has to predict which team will be the first to destroy the opposing team's turret in the indicated map.

    21.17. Map # − 1 Baron − A client has to predict which of the teams will kill the baron first in the indicated map.

    22. PUBG, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Call of Duty: Warzone

    22.2. ‘Total Headshot Kills’ market − only frags (enemy kills), performed by headshot are counted.

    22.3. If the game is played in the team format (duo or squad), then “Total Kills” and “Total Headshot Kills” markets are settled only for one player, indicated in the name of the event. Whereas the final place taken by the team (Top 5/10/20, etc.) counts across the entire team.

    22.4. If a streamer leaves the game through the game menu before landing on the surface, bets remain valid for the next game.

    22.5. If the result of the match can’t be determined due to circumstances arisen, all markets that had already been determined at the time the match was interrupted will be settled according to the available results, the rest of the markets will be settled at odds of 1.

    22.6. If a streamer changes the game mode, all bets that were made before landing on the surface will be settled at odds of 1.

    22.7. The company is not responsible for any actions of the streamer, bugs or software errors in the game that affected the result.

    22.8. In the case of streaming sniping, the company reserves the right to settle the bets placed on the current game at odds of 1.

    23. Starcraft II

    23.1. Winner. Bets are placed on the winner of the match.

    23.2. Map # Winner – a bet on the winner of the selected map.

    25.6. MVP (Player) – a bet on the most valuable player. One of the MVP indicators is the number of enemies killed.
